Scintillators
Scintillation detectors made by CdZnTe single crystals has high detecting efficiency and energy resolutions for X-ray and Gamma ray detection. Unlike the general scintillation detectors, CZT detectors can convert X and gamma rays directly into electrical signals without extra optoelectronic conversion devices. Its energy resolution is significantly higher than traditional scintillation detectors at room temperature, it can also measure α and β rays directly.
