For imaging with lower energy: YAG:Ce and LuAG:Ce
The thin flat scintillation crystals can be used as the scintillation screens directly, which has an extraordinary high spacial resolutions. Scintillation screens are widely used in the detection of proton beams, electron beams, low energy X-rays (or soft X-rays), UV light, VUV and XUV radiations. Hangzhou Shalom EO provides a variety of the scintillation screen made from scintillation crystals: LuAG(Ce), YAG(Ce) and YAP(Ce), GAGG(Ce), LYSO(Ce) ect, in order to get a thin screen down to 10 or 20 micro, a fused silica or optical glass substrate would be bonded to the scintillation screens.
