Multilayer Scintillation Arrays are often used to improve the resolution of PET (Positron Emission Tomography), BGO, and LYSO(Ce) are usual scintillation crystals used in multilayer scintillation arrays, and sometimes the light guide is added, the accurate size and gaps of each pixel and whole arrays are several critical specifications for multilayer arrays.
