Iron Doped Strontium Titanate Crystal Substrate (Fe:STO) is manufactured through adding small amounts of Iron into the SrTiO3 lattice. The dielectric and magnetic properties from the iron dopants grant Fe-doped SrTiO3 crystal substrate usage in field-effect transistors (FETs), HEMTs, MRAM, and magnetic field sensors. Hangzhou Shalom EO provides Fe:SrTiO3 substrates with 0.05%, and 0.04% iron doping concentrations.
