Super Achromatic Waveplates is an optimized version of achromatic waveplates, by cementing three quartz waveplates and magnesium fluoride waveplates together, super achromatic waveplates feature even flatter spectral retardation than conventional super achromatic waveplates.
Quarter waveplates or half waveplates are the two most popular designed retardations of waveplates, lambda/2 are usually used to rotated vertical polarization into horizontal polarization, and lambda/4 are particularly useful for conversion between linear and circular polarization. Hangzhou Shalom EO offers standard versions of achromatic half wave plates, and achromatic quarter waveplates, with typical wavelength ranges of: 325-1100nm and 600-2700nm (for quarter wave plates), or 310-1100nm and 600-2700nm (for half wave plates). If you require other wavelength range, contact our tech support and Shalom EO could arrange the customized service for you.
