PMMA Light Guides for Plastic Scintillation Detectors

Custom PMMA  (Polymethyl Methacrylate) or Cast Acrylic Light Guides for usage in conjunction with Shalom EO's Plastic Scintillator Detectors. The PMMA light guides provide smooth adaption of light from the plastic scintillators and the phototubes (PMT/Photomultiplier tube or SIPM/silicon photomultiplier), in addition to high optical transmission, temperature endurance, and UV resistance, and the plastic radiation detector built is excellent for fast timing detection, Gamma-ray, x-ray, and nuclear safeguard detection. Various shapes are available, including rectangular light guide, fish-tail light guide, tapered-cone light guide, flat-bar light guide, and other custom geometries.
