Laser Crystals and Components

Hangzhou Shalom EO offers a wide variety of laser optical components, including Laser Crystals, Nonlinear Crystals, Pockels Cells, Crystals for EO, and AO Modulation. Passive Q-switch Crystals, Birefringent Crystals, Polarization Optics, MgO:PPLN Waveguide series, OEM Laser Modules, and Optics for Femtoline Lasers, CO2 Lasers, and Fiber Lasers. The products are available in both off-the-shelf and custom versions. 
1. Laser Crystals: Laser crystals are crystals that generate laser beams (coherent light) when pumped by external energy sources. 
2. Nonlinear Crystals: Nonlinear crystals are used to generate new frequencies through nonlinear optical processes, enabling applications like second harmonic generation (SHG) and parametric amplification.
3. Pockels Cells: Pockels cells are electro-optic devices that control the polarization of light. Pockels Cells find applications in the Q-switching of lasers and modulation of laser beams.
4. Crystals for EO (Electro-Optic) Modulation: These crystals are used in electro-optic modulators, which control the amplitude, polarization, or phase of light by adjusting the applied voltage.
5. Crystals for AO (Acousto-Optic) Modulation: Acousto-optic crystals use the interaction between the refractive indices of the material and the oscillating mechanical strain from the sound waves to manipulate the transmitted laser beam.
6. Passive Q-switch Crystals: Passive Q-switching is a technique to generate short pulses in lasers, and specific crystals are employed for this purpose.
7. Birefringent Crystals: Lights that propagate in different directions encounter different refractive indices in the crystals, making them useful in polarization control and other optical applications.
8. Polarization Optics: These components control the polarization state of light, which is crucial in various optical setups.
9. MgO:PPLN Waveguide Series: MgO:PPLN is a specific kind of nonlinear crystal with the distinguished advantage of high frequency conversion efficiencies, the waveguide made using MgO:PPLN is harnessed for up conversion and down conversion.
